During the holidays, we provide toys and meals to Newton County, Ga. families in need through our A Taylor Made Christmas Project (ATMC).

 

To ensure the safety and convenience of all, we have established a COVID-friendly drive-thru pick-up system.

 

Families who have been approved to join the project can drive through on Event Day, Saturday, December 14th, 2024, to receive their toy donations swiftly and safely, providing them with the support they need during these challenging times.

 

Please complete the Registration Application below to be considered for the ATMC Project 2024. Applications are reviewed, verified, and approved on a first come first serve basis, so be sure to submit your application as soon as possible.

 

Registration does not guarantee eligibility for the project. Once you submit your required documentation, our staff will review & verify your documents. Once your documents and household income have been verified, you will receive an email within 2-3 days, advising you of your acceptance into the program and next steps. If we cannot verify your documents or household income, you will receive a rejection letter email within 2-3 days, so be sure to submit ALL documents requested ON TIME, and that the copies of your documents are legible and in the correct format. If you know that you cannot submit ALL required documents, please do not register your family for ATMC.

 

We receive hundreds of applications, so we will NOT be able to contact families individually to request them to resubmit their documents.

 

If you do not submit ALL required documents or reply to our email before October 15th, you will automatically be disqualified from ATMC. There will be no exceptions, so please do not call or email staff requesting an extension.

 

Approved families are required to attend a virtual Zoom orientation meeting on Thursday, November 7th OR Sunday, November 10th, 7pm. If you know that you cannot attend either orientation meeting, please do not register your family for ATMC.

 

All children you are registering must live in your household in Newton County , Ga. Please do not register children that do not reside in your household. Families with 4+ children will be required to submit copies of their birth certificates to verify their parents, to prevent fraud. If you know that you cannot provide copies of their birth certificates, please do not register your family for ATMC.

All approved families will have to have all children present on Event Day If you know that your children cannot attend, please do not register your family for ATMC.

Following ALL above requirements will ensure a timely registration process, and help our staff stay on track to provide families with a great holiday experience.
